ในที่ดิน100วาเราจะสามารถสร้างบ้านที่น่าอยู่และใช้พื้นที่อย่างคุ้มค่าที่สุดได้อย่างไร
1. “ปิดจากภายนอกเชื่อมต่อจากภายใน” …วางผังเป็นตัว C คั่นกลางฝั่งด้านติดถนนและหลังบ้านด้วยคอร์ทโล่งตั้งแต่ชั้นล่างทะลุไปถึงท้องฟ้า ฝั่งด้านซ้ายเป็นบันไดและโถงลิฟท์เชื่อมระหว่างชั้นและเป็นสะพานเชื่อมฝั่งด้านหน้ากับหลัง ส่วนด้านขวาของที่ดินเป็นกำแพงทึบตลอดแนวทำให้ภายในบ้านถูกปิดล้อมสร้างความส่วนตัวตัดขาดจากภายนอก แต่ภายในบ้านเป็นกระจกเชื่อมต่อกับคอร์ทมองเห็นพื้นที่ดินทั้งหมดในพร้อมๆกัน ทำให้รู้สึกว่าที่ดินแปลงนี้กว้างกว่า 100 ตร.วา
2. พื้นที่ใช้สอยคุ้มค่าที่สุด บ้าน3ชั้นหลังนี้ประกอบไปด้วย4ห้องนอนได้แก่
- ห้องนอนมาสเตอร์ขนาด80ตรม. ที่มีwalk-in ใหญ่มากๆ และห้องนอนรองขนาด 55ตรม. จำนวน 3ห้องนี้มี walk-in ทุกห้องเช่นกัน
- ห้องอเนกประสงค์2ห้อง
- มีห้องเก็บของทุกชั้น
- ห้องนั่งเล่นหลักแบบ open plan + double volume
- ส่วนบริการครัวไทย ห้องแม่บ้านซักรีด / ที่จอดรถ4คัน

3. การเลือกใช้วัสดุส่วนภายนอกที่น่าสนใจ คือการนำไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์โปรไฟล์แบบตัวUมาจัดเรียงเป็นแนวนอนและพ่นด้วยสีเทคเจอร์แบบผิวหยาบลงไปหนาๆ ให้ความรู้สึกทั้งหนักแน่นและอ่อนนุ่มไปพร้อมๆกัน โปรไฟล์แบบตัวU ทำให้เงาที่เกิดขึ้นไม่คมเกินไปเหมือนระแนงเหลี่ยมๆซึ่งจะยิ่งสวยงามมากขึ้นเมื่อแสงแดดทาบเงาของต้นไม้ลงไปบนผิวที่ไม่เรียบนี้ และอีกประโยชน์คือกำแพงที่ทึบ+มีโปรไฟล์ร่องUจะช่วยซับเสียงรถยนต์จากถนนได้ในระดับหนึ่ง(คล้ายกำแพงกันเสียงบนทางด่วน)
4. บรรยากาศแบบรีสอร์ท ห้องนอนทุกห้องสามารถมองเห็นต้นไม้และสระได้ โดยเฉพาะห้องที่อยู่ฝั่งหน้าบ้านมองเห็นต้นไม้ได้แบบเข้ามุม เราออกแบบให้สระว่ายน้ำอยู่ชิดกับห้องนั่งเล่นโดยไม่มีระเบียงขั้นเพราะอยากให้มองเห็นผิวน้ำได้มากที่สุดพร้อมๆกับเห็นระเบียงขนาดใหญ่สำหรับนั่งได้จริงพร้อมต้นเสม็ดแดงบนสวนกรวดให้ความรู้สึกสวยสงบมองได้ทั้งวัน ถ้าอยากเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศออกไปนั่งที่ระเบียงมองกลับมาก็จะเห็นห้องนั่งเล่นที่เป็น open plan + double volume ก็เป็นอีกมุมมองที่สวยงามไม่แพ้กัน

How can we build a liveable house and make the most of the 100 square Wah of land?
- “Closed from the outside, connected from the inside”: It is a C-shaped plan to divide the side wall next to the street and the back of the house with an open court from the ground floor to the sky. On the left is a staircase and elevator hall connecting the floors and a bridge connecting the front and back. The right side of the land is a solid wall along the entire length which enhances privacy separating it from the outside, but inside the house there is glass connecting to the court, allowing the view of the entire land area at the same time to enhance the feeling that the land is wide.
- The most valuable living space: This 3-story house consists of 4 bedrooms including:
- The master bedroom is 80 sq m. with a very large walk-in. In addition, the secondary bedroom is 55 sq m. All three rooms have walk-ins as well.
- 2 multi-purpose rooms
- Storage rooms on every floor
- Main living room open plan + double volume
- Thai kitchen / maid's room + laundry / parking for 4 cars
- Swimming pool with waterfront terrace
- Entrance hall, stairs and elevator
- Convenient rooftop ladder
- Selection of exterior materials: What is interesting is the use of U-shaped fibre cement profiles arranged horizontally and sprayed with rough texture paint to enhance solidity and warmth. U-shaped profile This can enhance the trellis's shine, which will become even more beautiful when the sunlight hits the plants. Another benefit is a solid wall + U groove profile. It can reduce car noise from the road (similar to a sound barrier on an expressway).
- Resort atmosphere: Every bedroom can see trees and a swimming pool, especially the rooms at the front of the house can see trees in the corner. We decided to design the swimming pool close to the living room without a balcony because we wanted to be able to see the water surface as much as possible, along with a large balcony for actually sitting and a red paper bark tree on the gravel floor for peace all day. The homeowner can sit on the balcony and take in the equally stunning view of the open concept + double volume living area if they'd like to change the mood.
